A piece shows its size in millimetres and a ✓ only once we have checked it in hand. Every order is looked at again before it leaves.
When a piece arrives, we measure it against a ruler, photograph it, and compare it with the photos on its page: the shape and motif, how many stones or strands, the colour and finish, the clasp or post, and how it sits when worn.
A piece that passes shows its size and Checked on its page. A piece without them hasn't been through this check yet.
Before your order leaves, your piece is checked for defects and against its page: the right piece and colour, nothing missing, clasps and posts working, and both earrings matching.
If a piece still arrives faulty or wrong, we replace it free. The terms are on Shipping & COD.
Fashion jewellery: not gold or silver. We don't test what a piece is made of, so its page doesn't name a metal: it describes the finish as it looks, like gold-tone, and how to care for it.
Model imagery is digitally styled.
The model photos here are made digitally, not photographed. Before one is shown, the jewellery in it is checked against photos of the real piece: its outline and motif, how many stones or strands it has, its colour and finish, and its size against the ear, neck or wrist. Once a piece is in our hands, our own photos and its measurements are what it is checked against.
Under each product's photos, a short line says when its model image is digitally styled.
