    This policy explains what Darkhshan collects when you shop with us, what we do with it, and who else sees it.

    Darkhshan is a trading name of The Brands Foundry. If you have a question about your details, WhatsApp or call us on +92 325 4311043, or email support@darkhshan.com.

    What you tell us when you order

    • Your name, phone number, city and full address, so we can deliver your order and the courier can reach you.
    • A separate WhatsApp number, if you give one.
    • Your email address, if you give one. It's optional; "Advertising" below explains the one thing we do with it.
    • Any order notes you add.

    Placing an order means you agree to us messaging you on WhatsApp about it: we confirm every order there before it ships.

    If you ask, we send new pieces on WhatsApp; reply STOP and we stop.

    What we record automatically

    With your order, we record the browser and kind of device you ordered on (its "user agent"), the page you first arrived on, the site that sent you, and any campaign or ad-click tags in that link.

    While you browse, we record the pages you view and what you do in the shop (viewing a piece, adding it to your bag, starting checkout, placing an order), with a random number for your visit. If you go on to order, that number is saved with your order too.

    Cookies and pixels

    The site uses:

    • The Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, and tells Meta about the pages you view, the pieces you look at, what you add to your bag, checkouts you start and orders you place. We use it to measure our ads and to show them to people likely to be interested.
    • Google Analytics. It sets cookies such as _ga, and tells Google about page views and the same shop actions, so we can see how people use the site.
    • Your browser's own storage, to keep your bag between visits, to remember the number of your last order (so "Track order" can type it in for you), and to keep the number for your visit.

    We don't use TikTok's pixel today. If we start advertising on TikTok, it will receive the same kind of information.

    You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, and the shop still works without them.

    Advertising

    When you place an order, our server tells Meta about it, so Meta can count it against the ad that brought you, if there was one. With it we send:

    • your phone number, first and last name, city and country, and your email if you gave one, each turned into a one-way code (a "hash") first, so Meta receives the code, not the details;
    • your IP address and your browser's user agent, which Meta uses to match the order to your visit;
    • the Meta cookies above, and the value and pieces of the order.

    If we advertise on TikTok, the same order details will go to TikTok in the same way.

    We don't keep your email address: it is used for this and nothing else.

    Who else sees your details

    • The courier, who receives your name, phone number, address, city and the amount to collect, to deliver your order.
    • WhatsApp (part of Meta), which carries our messages to you.
    • Meta and Google, and TikTok if we advertise there, as described above.
    • The companies that host our website and database, who store your details for us.

    We don't sell your details.

    How long we keep them

    We keep your order details for as long as we need them for your order, any exchange, and our accounts. Ask us to delete them and we will, unless we still need them for an open order or exchange, or the law requires us to keep them.
