We deliver across Pakistan.
Delivery is Rs. 250 per order, and free when your items come to Rs. 25,000 or more.

Cash on delivery
Pay the rider directly when your order arrives — no card or advance payment needed. The delivery fee is part of the total you pay.
Check it at the door
When the rider hands over your parcel, check that it's sealed and undamaged before you pay. Couriers take payment before a parcel is opened and won't take an opened one back, so if the packaging looks damaged or opened, don't accept it — message us and we'll sort it out. Every order is checked by hand before it ships. If something isn't right once you've opened it, what to do is below.
Faulty or wrong pieces
If a piece arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with a photo or short unboxing video. We'll send a replacement free, or refund you in full if we can't replace it. We'll tell you whether we need the original piece back; if we do, we arrange and pay for its collection. We don't offer exchanges for a change of mind.
Open-parcel delivery, where you can check the piece before you pay, will be added when our courier contract allows it.
