These terms apply to orders placed on darkhshan.com. Darkhshan is a trading name of The Brands Foundry. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +92 325 4311043, or by email at support@darkhshan.com.
Ordering
When you place an order, we message you on WhatsApp to confirm it before it ships. If we can't reach you to confirm it, or we can't supply a piece, we'll tell you and either offer an alternative or cancel the order. You pay nothing for a cancelled order.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani rupees, and you pay the price shown when you order. The delivery fee is shown before you order and paid with your order on delivery. Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
The pieces
Our jewellery is fashion jewellery: unless a product page says otherwise, it isn't gold, silver or any other precious metal.
Product photos show what a piece looks like, but we don't promise that the piece you receive will look exactly like them. Many of our model photos are made digitally, and screens, lighting and small differences between batches all change how colour, finish, detail and size come across. A difference of this kind isn't a fault, and we don't replace or refund a piece because of it. If you receive a different design from the one you ordered, or a damaged piece, "Faulty or wrong pieces" below applies.
Every order is checked before it ships, and if a piece doesn't pass, we tell you before sending anything.
